There are places called Pago Facil where you pay your utilities and insurance and depending on the day of the month, there can be a lot of people waiting. Tuition is paid at a bank. Rent is paid at the property manager's office. It's, um, interesting.

Domonick is my sister's son. She had him when she was young(er). He is our first nephew and a really great kid! :)
